Everyone's favorite vegetarian celebrity chef for the stars, author of The Conscious Cook cookbook and, perhaps as he's more commonly recognized, the guy who cooked for Oprah when she tested out a vegan diet, Tal Ronnen, has put together a full all-vegan Thanksgiving menu, including a salad, sides and a gourmet dessert (vegan banana maple rum cheesecake - can you believe it?).
