Have you tried hemp foods?

Hemp is my new favorite superfood! I've been making hemp oil salad dressings, sprinkling hemp protein on my morning oatmeal and making hemp smoothies.

Packed full of antioxidants, essential fatty acids and plenty of protein, hemp is an amazing superfood, particularly for vegetarians and vegans. Here's a few hemp superfood recipes to try:
